Small batches. One-time harvests. Gone for good.

Every so often, our bees find something we didn't plan for — a rare bloom, an unusual forage, a harvest too small to ever repeat. When that happens, we bottle exactly what we get and call it what it is: limited. These honeys don't get restocked, and the next one won't taste the same as the last. Once they're gone, they're gone — until the next one finds us.
